Home sales and median prices have been on the rise by substantial margins according to the most recent analysis of the housing market by the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA). Robust sales and low inventory of homes have pushed median prices up an impressive 8.3% to $162,400 when comparing the month of November in 2015 to November 2016. Nearly all regions in Wisconsin had strong sales growth in November and were up double digit margins over the past year. Sales in the southeast region of the state increased over 22%. 2) Seal air leaks in your home. Common places for leaks are attics, basements, around windows and doors. This will keep the warm air inside, and keep the cold air out.

3) Use heavy duty plastic sheets to insulate the inside of your windows. Using them will help block the draft of cold
